While confidence can seem easy to have or create, the reality is often very different as our beliefs about ourselves are based on the comparisons we make between ourselves and others. These beliefs are often not true but they color every aspect of our lives. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) helps get to the root cause of the beliefs that are holding us back and is one of the most powerful and rapid ways to achieve transformation in people’s lives.
When we hear messages such as “just have more confidence” it often makes us feel even more inadequate, especially when we don’t understand the reasons why we feel this way. When we judge ourselves based on the comparisons we make these are usually based on
· Trying to be what others expect of us
· Social norms
· Family dynamics
· An inner voice that tells you lies about yourself in response to these outside messages
Feelings of low self-worth are caused by a perceived lack of ability or inadequacy or not feeling good enough (or any other number of reasons) that sabotage your potential, productivity, performance levels, contentment, and joy. Over time, these false beliefs turn into your default thoughts and become your truth.
In order to build and restore your confidence, the beliefs you have about yourself must be identified, recognized, reframed, and transformed. RTT® is a form of hypnosis that communicates directly with the subconscious mind to work on the root causes and reasons for the beliefs and feelings that are causing your low confidence. It interrupts these beliefs and replaces them with accurate suggestions that build healthy thoughts and boosts your confidence levels. RTT® is a multi-award-winning therapy that can literally transform people’s lives.
Psychotherapy or coaching can serve as a great complement to RTT® sessions by further assisting you to apply your new confidence levels to achieve your goals, be highly productive, and perform with excellence.
